2. A 300 TD (3x100TPD) bases sponge iron making plant in Associate with Lurgi of Germany. (SITA ISPAT)
3. A 700 TD (2x350TPD) DRI Plant of Lurgi Germany technology of Coal based. (ADHUNIK ALLOYS & POWER LTD.)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Shift responsibility including control room as well as field related jobs.
1. PLC based control room operation.
2. Responsible for shift schedule job like QRT measurement air calibration and shell temperature scanning etc.
3. Calibration of all weigh feeder time to time.
4. Planning Shutdown period, supervising castable and bricks lining job of the kiln, Transfer chute and ABC-DSC-EC System.
5. Responsible for smooth operation of shift job.
6. Responsible for the safety of both man and machine.
7. Controlling all DCS operation.(Programming in Yokogava)
8. Can take shut down and handle all problems related to operations independently with full confidence and can handle my subordinates nicely.
ACHIEVEMENT
1. Independently handling of one shift in 350 T/D kiln.
2. Increase or Decrease Air volume with the rate of Metn.
3. Capable to take kiln hold for long/short period and restarting it independently.
